This bill will help communities provide job training and employment resources to individuals who have completed treatment for opioid addiction. U.S. Rep. Keith Rothfus has sent a second letter to President Donald Trump, urging him to enact an emergency order that could keep struggling coal and nuclear plants open.

The letter, signed by 20 other members of Congress, is the second this year calling on the president to act. Rothfus, R-12, Sewickley, sent the first letter in February, and several weeks later, Trump said he was considering acting on the matter.
