Ross Township, PA – Congressman Keith Rothfus [PA-12] today announced that his staff will host mobile office hours in August in Murrysville, Lower Burrell, Ellwood City, and Somerset.

Washington, D.C. – Congressman Keith Rothfus released the following statement after voting for the Senate-amended version of H.R. 1911, the Bipartisan Student Loan Certainty Act.
“I am glad that the Senate finally adopted a common-sense, market-based solution that is nearly identical to what the House passed in May,” said Rothfus. “Today’s House vote prevents the student loan interest rate from doubling and provides certainty for students and families.”
The House of Representatives has approved a measure that would allow states to regulate coal ash emissions as a way to keep it from being declared a hazardous waste by the Environmental Protection Agency.
